簡述
動物油脂煉油設備，該工藝采用國際先進水平的“組合式脫酸塔”，脫酸能力強，由塔內、塔內填料、液體分配器、液體再分配器、支撐格柵及氣液進出口組成。在傳統精煉的基礎上，采用了獨特的物理精煉方法，通過托盤管上的小孔將油放入蒸汽中，脫臭時，剝去油中含有的游離脂肪酸。

螺旋板式換熱器、氣體分析儀、加熱器、組合脫臭塔、脂肪酸捕集器、冷卻器、四蒸汽噴射泵、導熱油爐機組。
主機設備介紹
精煉鍋:用于油脂的水化脫膠，及脫酸；
脫色鍋:用于吸附脫色油；
脫臭鍋:用于高溫蒸餾，去除油中的異味；
過濾器:去除油脂中的雜質和脫色劑；
真空裝置:配有脫色罐、脫臭罐，產生負壓真空；
蒸汽發生器:加熱水產生蒸汽供蒸餾用的設備。

Host device:
Refining pot: for the hydration of oil degumming, and deacidification.
Decolorization pot: for the adsorption of oil bleaching.
Deodorizing pot: for high-temperature distillation to remove the odor in the oil.
Filter: Remove impurities and decolorizing agent in grease.
Vacuum unit: equipped with decolorization pot, deodorizing pot to produce negative pressure vacuum.
Steam generator: Heating water to produce steam supply equipment for distillation use.
